Tempest Theatre Presents NOIRE UNSCRIPTED: The Dark Side Of Wine Country.
A writing and theatrical performance improvised in real time.
On the Tempest stage, local writer Nikos Theodosakis and three Vancouver master improvisers will create and perform a play based on audience suggestions, the wild musings of Nikos and many, many interruptions to keep them charged, challenged and in the moment. The unfinished script is performed (sight unseen) by the actors and when they run out of pages, they must continue the plot. Oh, and the writer can interject at any moment to ambush their logic and send them on a wild goose chase. Don’t believe it’s all made up? Then we’ll see you at both shows.

Cost: $25 or $15 for Students ( At the Door only with Valid Student ID)

The only time I’ve visited the Okanagan Valley wine region in British Columbia was during a conference in 2013. I had the opportunity to visit wineries that were (and still are) producing beautiful selections in breathtaking settings. I’ve longed to return.

I am sure you guys all saw on my IG stories a couple of weeks ago I spent the weekend wine touring in Naramata. Naramata is a quick one hour drive from Kelowna and around a 4 hour drive from Vancouver, which makes it a perfect weekend getaway.
