This wine is reminiscent of a traditional white Bordeaux. On the nose there are aromas of orange blossom, gooseberry and guava, along with grassy and herbaceous notes. On the palate there are flavours of kiwi, starfruit & lemon-lime. This wine is fresh and zesty, with a nice crisp finish.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from Lyndsay’s sister, Eira Thomas’ Vineyard on the Naramata Bench.
These grapes were handpicked, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented slowly at low temperatures, (12C) to preserve the aromatics. Fermentation took 28 days to complete. Post fermentation, the wines were blended together to make this wine reminiscent of a traditional Bordeaux blend
