2014 Sweet Spot – Late Harvest Viognier
The grapes for this wine came from the Pipar vineyard on Gawne Road, on the Naramata Bench. At the winery the grapes were whole cluster pressed and juice was cold settled for three days before being racked off solids. The juice was stainless steel fermented at a low temperature. The ferment was stopped part way through fermentation, leaving a wine with lots of natural residual sugar and a low alcohol.
