This wine is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Viognier & Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine was made from grapes grown on the Naramata & Skaha Benches.
The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and cold settled for three days before being racked off solids. It was cool temperature fermented at 14 ⁰C in stainless steel and took about 30 days to complete. The fermentation was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar.
This wine is a blend of Gewurztraminer(40%), Chardonnay (23%), Sauvignon Blanc (19%) and Viognier (18%).
IN THE GLASS: honeysuckle, fresh orange, papaya, and ripe peach. This summer sipper is off-dry & fruity, yet crisp.
The grapes for this wine were sourced from four different vineyards. The Gewurztraminer came from the Brewer vineyard on the Skaha Bluffs, the Chardonnay came from the Four Shadows vineyard, the Sémillon and the Riesling are from our from our two Estate vineyards in Naramata, Thomas & Fleet Road respectively. All of the grapes were handpicked as always.
Once picked each varietal was whole cluster pressed and fermented separately. When fermentation finished, the different wines were then thoughtfully blended.
