2018 Vertigo

Vertigo is our unique red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Barbera. It is fruit foward on the nose with aromas of warm raspberry, blackberry, plum and spice. On the palate there is flavours of dried dark cherry, tobacco and vanilla. It is a medium bodied wine with a soft velvety texture and a lingering finish.

This wine was hand picked and fermented in small lots. It spent aournd three weeks on skins before being pressed and racked to barrel. It was agedin 50% new oak, with a combination of French and American oak. It was aged for abut 10 months in barrel before being bottled.

Tasting Notes
Veritgo is our red blend of Merlot (45%), Barbera (30%) and Cabernet Franc (25%). It is fruit forward on the nose with aromas of warm raspberry, black berry, plum and spice. On the palate there is flavours of dried cherry, tobacco and vanilla. It is medium bodied wine with a soft velvety texture and a lingering finish.
