2018 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
The grapes for this wine were sourced from Lyndsay's sister, Eira Thomas Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The grapes for this wine were handpicked, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented slowly at low temperatures, (12 degrees celcius) to preserve the aromatics. Fermentation took 28 days to complete. Post fermentation, the wines were blended together to make this wine reminiscent of a traditional Bordeaux blend.
