This wine excudes aromas of Asian pear and apricot. On the palate there is nectarine, peach and spice, rounded by a soft mouth feel.

This wine was made from grapes grown made exclusively from the Naramata Bench. They were sourced from the Tightrope vineyard, as well as the Madsen, Riccio and Rubis families. The grapes were handpicked and processed the same day.
It was whole cluster pressed and cold settled for three days before being racked off solids. It was cool temperature fermented at 14 degrees celsius, in stainless steel and took about 30 days to complete. The fermentation was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar for balance.
