2017 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
The grapes for this wine were sourced from Lyndsay’s sister, Eira Thomas’ Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The grapes for this wine were handpicked, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented slowly at low temperatures, (12°C) to preserve the aromatics. Fermentation took 28 days to complete. Post fermentation, the wines were blended together to make this wine reminiscent of a traditional Bordeaux blend.
