2016 Pinot Gris
This wine was made from grapes grown exclusively on the Naramata Bench. They were sourced from the Tightrope vineyard, as well as the vineyards owned by the Madsen, Ricco and Rubis families. As all our wines are, the Pinot Gris was handpicked and precessed the same day. It was whole cluster pressed and cold settled for three days before being racked off solids. It was cool temperature fermented at 11-12 degrees celcius, in stainless steel and tood about 24 days to complete. The fermentation was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar for balance.
