The wine exudes aromas of ripe pear, apricot and ambrosia apple. On the palate there is candied lemon, nectarine and spice, rounded out by a soft mouth feel.

This wine is a blend of Gewurztraminer , Chardonnay, Semillon and Riesling. The nose is vibrant with aromas of rose petals, mandarin, pineapple and spice. It has flavours of pear, mango and pink grapefruit, concluding with a long refreshing finish.
On the nose this wine has aromas of orange blossom, mandarin, apricot, which continues on the palate, with flavours of vanilla, and spice. This wine as 100% barrel fermented in a combination of French Oak, and Acacia barrels. Aging on lees for 10 months, lends to a rich silky finish.
The grapes for our Riesling is 100% estate grown, hand-picked and made with limited intervention to show a true expression of the vintage. On the nose there are aromas of orange blossom, pear and green apple. The palate has flavours of lemon zest, papaya, honeydew melon with a touch of minerality leading to a crisp, lingering finish.
The bright fruit flavours and minerality shine through, with restrained use of oak & malo-latic fermentation. There are aromas of honeysuckle, lemon zest & vanilla, continuing with flavours of pomelo, poached pear & baking spice. Aged in barrel, for 7 months on lees, the mouthfeel is soft, and the finish is lingering.
