The grapes for this wine are sustainably grown on our Thomas Vineyard – Tightrope Estate on the Naramata Bench & then hand-picked.
WINEMAKER NOTES
The Sémillon was whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation started slowly at low temperatures (12°C) to preserve the aromatics and took 28 days to complete.
